Transcript Request

Ordering instructions:

To request a transcript, please open and complete the Transcript Request Form PDF. The form may be filled out digitally or printed and completed in pen. Submit the form by emailing it to our school's registrar at mcantillo@gmail.com or by turning it in to the school’s front office.

Once we have recieved your payment, please allow a minimum of 48 hours for transcript requests to be processed. Payment for transcripts must be made through MySchoolBucks. Cash payments will not be accepted.
